After working in the admin department of a private bank, I earned many things including my neck and back pain. I have to spend hours in front of the screen of computer. My neck and spinal cord began to give me trouble. Consulting an orthopedic, I got medication.
But, the relief I was looking for was still a long way to go. I openly confessed to my doctor. Suggesting me a new type of bedding, he asked to keep my patience. I got two memory foam pillows and mattress.
Stage 1:- Restored My Sound Sleep
From day one, I slept soundly without much tossing and turning of my body. Rather, my mattress and pillows were supporting me. I didn’t have to adjust much with the new pillows as we do in case of ordinary pillows. Even the mattresses send me to tranquil sleep. You know, I began to sleep like child again.
Stage 2:- Relaxed My Muscles and Mind
As my doctor said, pain mitigates when I will enough of deep sleep. With help of medication, I get my pain under control and relaxing my muscles and mind was the task of my new bedding set.
Long working day in my schedule came to end with the soft, comfy and cozy beddings. I didn’t have to struggle much with my previous hard surface mattress. I sleep easy on my bed and it now takes shape the way I sleep.
Stage 3:- Reduced My Back Pain
After 15days of sound rest at night, I found my pain through the day of my work was dying down. In I could move my neck and back any way I like. More over I feel relax while working and sleeping on new cushy bed linen, I find myself young and pain-free. I went back life again.
For my work, I have to sit in front of my system every morning. Working for 8-9 hours, there my will like many other will get deeply rooted. At such a situation, you know, I find the bliss and freedom of sleeping. My new bedding frees me of my pain and stress after long day work.
